Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Booking

- A reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment or advance deposit, as per the policy communicated during booking.

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for already confirmed bookings.

- Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room preference) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

2. Check-in / Check-out

- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

- Early check-in / late check-out may be allowed on request and will incur additional charges.

3. Identification Requirement

- All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

- Foreign guests must present a valid passport and visa and complete Form C registration as per government regulations.

4. Payments and Billing

- All charges must be settled at the time of check-in or check-out, unless prior credit arrangements are made.

-Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash.

-GST and other applicable taxes will be levied as per government norms.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

- Cancellation policies vary based on rate plans and booking platforms.

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.

- No refunds for no-shows or early departures.

6. Guest Conduct

- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for:

Drunken or disruptive behavior

Damage to property

Illegal activities

Violation of hotel rules
